It is the policy of the Board that no staff member may initiate a recommendation to employ any member of their immediate family. Further, it shall not be acceptable to approve transfers which bring employees under the supervision of immediate family members except as may be required in a negotiated agreement. Immediate family is defined as spouse, children, brother, sister, mother, and father all by blood or marriage.
