Proposals for new policies or changes in existing policies may be initiated by any School Board Member, any employee of the School Board, any student of the School Corporation, or any resident of Vigo County. It shall be the policy of the Board to encourage the participation of any of the aforementioned groups in policy making for the School Corporation. Such proposals shall be submitted in writing to the President of the School Board or to the Superintendent of Schools for referral.
