Dates of regular meetings of the Board of School Trustees shall be provided in annual announcements made available in printed form to all Board Members, to the public, and to the news media. The Agenda for each School Board Meeting shall provide the notice of the date of the next two meetings.

Except in rare emergencies, due notice of all official meetings of the Board of School Trustees shall be given the widest possible dissemination through the available media. This shall be interpreted to mean that the notification for all meetings shall be sent to the media in time for the public to be notified at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting date.
