EXECUTIVE SESSIONS
The Board of School Trustees may meet in Executive Sessions which shall be closed to the public and press. Such sessions are called by the President or the Superintendent of Schools for consideration of those matters authorized by state law, including but not limited to, the following:
2. To receive information about and interview prospective employees;
3. To receive information concerning an employee's alleged misconduct;
4. To discuss a student's behavior and needs; and,
5. To discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employees.
The Superintendent or his designated representative
shall attend all Executive Sessions except those which pertain to the Superintendent's
employment. Other persons may attend such sessions at the invitation of
the Board.
