PRIORITY OBJECTIVES OF SCHOOL BOARD OPERATIONS

In the pursuit of its stated operational goals, the Board of School Trustees will establish for itself a list of long range and short range objectives.

The agenda for the second Board Meeting in February each year shall include the opportunity for the Board to prepare its list.

These objectives shall be carried out by the administration to the fullest extent possible after adoption. Further, an evaluation of the success in accomplishing the prior year objectives shall be held at the time new objectives are planned.
