EVALUATION OF THE SUPERINTENDENT

The Board shall provide the Superintendent with periodic opportunities to discuss Superintendent-Board relationships. Further, the Board shall annually provide the Superintendent with a written or oral evaluation of his performance, which evaluation shall be conducted and completed no later than October 30 of each year.

Following this evaluation, the Board may consider the Superintendent's contract and take action on its renewal as it deems appropriate.
