A Public Hearing regarding Additional Appropriations for Elementary School Building Projects was held at the Administration Building, 686 Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute, Indiana, on the 10^th Day of March 2003, at 7:00 P.M.

The following Board Members were present: Mr. Kenneth Schuster, Mr. Michael Tom, Mr. Mel Burks, Mr. Gene Shike, Mr. Alferd Hamblen, Mr. Guille Cox, and Dr. Joseph Minnis.

Pledge of Allegiance

Dr. Joseph Minnis led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Review of Purpose and Need for Additional Appropriations

Mr. Thornton reviewed the purpose and need for additional appropriations for the elementary school building projects.

Public Hearing – Comments /Questions

No comments or questions were received.

Consideration of Proposed Resolution

Mr. Thornton presented the proposed Additional Appropriation Resolution and requested Board approval.

Mr. Shike moved for approval. Mr. Schuster seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
